Stagecoach Properties Ltd.has been a family owned and operated apartment complex since 1972 located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia.

We offer seven 1 bedrooms, seventeen 2 bedrooms three 2 bedroom houses.

Our apartments are just filled with character. Built in the early and mid 1800’s and renovated in the 1930’s. These apartments are uniquely laid out with no 2 apartments the same. All of our apartments have beautifully kept hardwood floors. All of the floors have been recently sanded and refinished in the last 7 years. All windows have also been replaced in the past seven years. All buildings are locked for your security.

Almost all our of the apartments have clawfoot tubs and fireplaces (non working because of insurance).

All units are only steps away from a deck or balcony.

The parking lot is spacious and very well lit. We also have video surveillance for the security of our tenants.

Most of our locations are pet free and all units are smoke free.

We require a minimum 1 year lease.

Our location is seconds from downtown Kentville and minutes from New Minas and access to the 101 highway and just across town from the Valley Regional Hospital.

West Park

West Park is a 7 unit brick building located in the west end of Kentville across from the baseball fields. Just a short walk to the Kentville park or downtown. The units are very spacious ranging in size from 800 to 1450 square feet. All units have hardwood floors and the bathrooms have been recently updated. There is plenty of well lit parking. The grounds are beautifully maintained with gardens in full bloom thru the summer.

Somerset Building

Somerset building is a brick building with a combination of commercial and residential units in the heart of downtown Kentville right on top of all amenities. Located right behind the grocery store and central to the town square.

There are 5 smaller one bedroom apartments upstairs and three offices at street level. All apartments have hardwood floors. Parking out back for each apartment.

Oakdene Terrace

Oakdene Terrace is located just off of Belcher Street on Oakdene Ave. It includes a 10 unit apartment building and a 2 bedroom house.

These apartments are 1000 square feet each including a 4×4 storage locker in the basement. Laundry facilities are located on the main level.

All the apartments have hardwood floors and are very spacious. Plenty of well lit parking.
